Greater Acceptance Counseling
About me
I am an enthusiastic Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate with a passion for helping people on their journey to understand the world of mental health and overcome their personal hurdles.
My main clinical specialties include ADHD, Autism, adjustment disorder, anxiety, and depression related issues, symptoms, and diagnoses. As someone with personal experience with all of the above, I understand how difficult they, or any mental or physical disorders can be, and I use my own experiences to fuel my passion to help my clients.
In my free time, I am a history enthusiast, with a penchant for video games, spending time with my family, improving myself in the gym, and learning more about the mind and how it works.

Education & Experience
My Approach
Person-Centered Therapy – a therapeutic approach that centers the client, and not the disorder, as the focus for therapy/treatment, allowing for greater flexibility in treatment to suit the client’s needs.
Strengths-Based Therapy – a therapeutic approach that focuses on identifying and building on the client’s strengths and capabilities to promote independence.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – a mainly talk therapy the aims to replace negative thoughts and behaviors with positive/adaptive ones, to help the client to better address their daily symptoms.
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) – a mixed therapy utilizing both acceptance and change-oriented strategies, in order to increase emotional and cognitive regulation by learning about an individual’s triggers, and when/where to apply coping strategies.
My Clientele
I am currently seeing clients in-person and through telehealth for individual treatment, with ages ranging from 13-65.
My specialty is in ADHD, ASD, adjustment disorders, anxiety, and depression, however, I additionally have experience working with trauma, career counseling, men’s issues, mood disorders, and a myriad of other issues.
